tracfone is easily the biggest mistake I've ever made. The issues are constant, how can they possibly even make money off me with how much customer support time I have to take just to get my plan and app to work right. First time I had to call, they told me the plan I paid for didn't exist. It took way too long to even get an acknowledgement of what I paid for. It's happening again and can't get in my account again with a locked phone on tracfone service. Happy to buy a new phone now, elsewhere.

I have been a costumer for over twenty years. I have to say for the first time , I am really considering dumping tracfone. If I could give you zero stars at this point I would. The app Has Turned to absolute junk. the worst part is track phone doesn't even care anymore, they are not even trying to address the problems that we are all having with their app,But the fools that we are keeping feeding them money. Biggest issue is not knowing when your refill time is up. please fix it.

They keep updating the app and making it worse, freaking won't let me use bonus points to buy extra air time and freaking complicated, jumps in and out of the web, if they can't do it on the app, get rid of it. I dred calling customer service, you're lucky if you can get someone to help and don't get dropped in the middle and have to go through the process over again, done that multiple times. very very frustrating. seriously need to fix this app and have better customer service.
